Account Deletion

Request deletion for RoomStyle

You can request deletion of your RoomStyle account and associated app data by emailing [email protected]. Please include the app name, the email used for Apple or Google sign-in if you signed in, and any optional order ID or device ID that can help us locate your account.

What we delete

• Account profile records associated with RoomStyle
• Uploaded room photos, room style prompts, generated previews, and saved history that we can reasonably associate with your account or device ID
• Device binding records used for anonymous starter credits and account recovery
• App usage records that are no longer needed for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance

What may be retained

We may retain limited purchase, refund, tax, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance records where required or permitted by law. These records are not used to generate new AI room designs.

Subscriptions

Deleting your RoomStyle account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Please cancel active subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings.

Processing time

We will review deletion requests and respond as required by applicable law. If we need more information to identify your account, we will ask for only the details needed to complete the request.
